This is an imaginative, fun class to explore the world of Aerial Arts. Activities include low level aerial technique, creative movement, tumbling, flexibility and strength building through play! The little ones will get a chance to play on silks, hammock, trapeze and lyra, while also learning some basic tumbling skills and dance technique. This is an All-level class and appropriate for beginners.

Aerial "FUN"damentals is an entry-level aerial class focused on cultivating the strength, body awareness, confidence, and personal style needed to unleash your child's aerial potential. Students will explore trapeze, fabric and aerial lyra while building a strong foundation in technique and artistry all while encouraging creative expression.

This class is intended for those with experience. They will focus on proper technique for poses while exploring transitions between skills. Classes are designed to provide a solid foundation in aerial technique and artistry while encouraging creative expression. The students will be introduced to intermediate/advance aerial skills on the apparatus of their choice. This class will include more advanced strengthening exercises so, that students can safely continue to improve on their flexibility and endurance.
